In line with our national healthcare policies, our International Patient Unit assists foreign patients from the moment they arrive at our hospital until they are discharged. We ensure patient satisfaction and effective service delivery by providing continuous support and coordination throughout the care process. Our skilled physicians in surgical and internal medicine departments, along with our well-trained healthcare staff, are dedicated to offering excellence in medical services.
About Our Hospital
Our hospital commenced operations in September 2010 with a capacity of 232 beds and has since been dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.
Milestones and Achievements
• 2003: Earned the title of “Baby-Friendly Hospital”.
• 2006: Initiated quality improvement activities and became the first district hospital certified by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
• 2011: Started providing services in accordance with the Health Quality Standards (SKS).
• 2014: Received a perfect score in the national central assessment under the SKS.
• 2014: Achieved HIMSS-EMRAM Stage 6 certification from the international digital health maturity assessment organization.
• Successfully integrated data from all medical devices into the Hospital Information Management System (HIMS).
• Implemented closed-loop medication management systems.
• 2016: Reached HIMSS-EMRAM Stage 7, the highest level of digital hospital certification, becoming the first in Turkey and the third in Europe to achieve this distinction.
• 2019: HIMSS Stage 7 certification was successfully renewed.
• 2016: Awarded the title of “Mother-Friendly Hospital” by fulfilling all related criteria.
• 2018: Became the first public hospital to fully implement the Healthcare Accreditation Standards (SAS).
• 2019: Recognized as a Disability-Friendly Hospital.
• 2020: Bed capacity increased to 255, continuing to expand and improve healthcare services.
