You must read the announcements on the notice boards in the polyclinic and its various corridors and follow the rules specified in the advertisements.
Rules for inpatients, patients' relatives and visitors;
When your relatives want to call you, dial 0232 512 15 22 and then dial the 4-digit number on the phone in your room. Do not call a hospital phone after 22:00 hrs. (To avoid disturbing other patients)
If you want to reach the nurse in your service, you can reach them through your companion. If you do not have an companion, you can access it by pressing the red illuminated button on your bedside.
In the event of an emergency in the toilet or bathroom (falling, dizziness, etc.), you must pull down the emergency call string.
You can keep your belongings in the cabinet lockers in each room. You can deliver your precious items to your relatives. When you are discharged, hand over your key and the TV remote to your service nurse.
Objects in the patient room cannot be damaged.
A wristband is must be worn to your arm during your stay. This wristband has identification information. It is used to apply the treatment and applications in the hospital to the right person. You should not remove the wristband during your stay. If the wristband is worn out, you should inform your nurse and ensure that it is changed.
The mother and baby who give birth are wearing wristbands with the same serial number. You should not remove the bracelet of yourself and your baby during your stay.
No noise should be made in patient rooms and corridors.
Should not be entered into other patients' rooms.
In the hospital, the patients and their companions are given morning, lunch and dinner. In addition, some patients are given a snack meal due to their illness.
Meal hours;
Morning: 06.00-07.00
Lunch: 11.30-12.30
Evening: 17.30-18.30 hours.
Religious services;
The place of worship is on the ground floor of our hospital.
If you want to fulfill your worship in the patient room, you can ask your nurse for the worship sets at your service.
Laundry services;
In the event of accumulation of dirty laundry in your long-term hospitalizations, you can inform the cleaning staff and wash them in the laundry of our hospital.
Information for visitors;
The entrances are made from the entrance head physician. Visiting hours in clinics are between 18.00-19.00.
Visits must be for one person.
Child visitors are not accepted.
The low number of visitors is important for your health.
Please do not bring food or drink during the visits.
No visitors are accepted to the intensive care units and palliative services. In essential cases, you must come with your PCR result within 48 hours to visit intensive care patients or your palliative patient. Necessary situations; worsening of the patient's condition, the request of the patient or his relative, serious changes in the patient's condition (unconsciousness, etc.)
No noise should be made during the visit.
Keeping the visit short is important for your patient's health.
It should be acted according to the directions of health workers and security officials.
Accompanying services;
You can keep a person who can support you during stay in clinics as a companion.
There must be a female companion beside the pediatric patients. If you have special conditions, please inform your doctor and the responsible nurse before hospitalization. Necessary arrangement and explanation will be made.
If you have a patient in intensive care unit;
One person from the relatives of the patient will be taken in every day between 14.00 and 15.00 in order to see their patients. (ÇIKAR)
You can get information about your patient's condition from your doctor, and information about the care provided from the nurse.
Please leave a phone number where your patient can reach you in case of any need, to the nurse in charge of the intensive care unit.
If your baby is in the neonatal intensive care unit;
- You can get information from your doctor by coming to the newborn intensive care unit every day between 08.30 and 09.30 hours, during your baby's stay in our service.
- Mothers who breastfeed their babies stay in the mother's guesthouse in our hospital and breastfeed their babies at specified times. Mothers who do not want to stay in the mother's guesthouse due to the pandemic rules can deliver their milk to the neonatal intensive care unit in accordance with the milking and storage rules. Mothers of babies who are not breastfed can visit their babies during feeding times.
- Other than this, visitors are not accepted.
- You should pay attention to the hygiene rules when entering your baby.
- If you have symptoms that indicate a contagious disease (such as cough, fever), please inform the unit staff.
